Title IX Administrator Training
The Title IX Coordinator, Investigator, Decision-maker, Reviewer, and Informal Resolution Facilitator must receive appropriate training. Training materials must not rely on sex stereotypes and must promote impartial investigations and adjudications of Formal Complaints of Sexual Harassment.
Northwest University ensures all administrators of the Title IX process receive ongoing training aligned with best practices and in compliance with state and federal law.
