CELE & Undergraduate Housing Options

CELE and undergraduate students are eligible for on campus housing. There are a few options based on age, credits, and life circumstances.

On Campus Residence Halls

Students under the age of 25 who are not married are required to live on campus in either our Guy, Perks, Crowder or Gray Beatty residence halls. Students must apply through our Housing department. Living in the residence halls includes an all-you-can-eat meal plan in the cafeteria.

Student Apartments

Students who have attended NU and are Junior credits status can live on campus in Student Apartments. These students get 75 meals in the Caf. Students must apply though our Housing department. These are 4-6 person apartments, with Kitchin and laundry.

FIRS Apartments

Are one- or two-bedroom unfurnished apartments located on the east side of campus. The FIRs offer an on-campus housing option for full-time undergraduate married students, undergraduate students with families (max two children), and undergraduate students over the age of 25. Students must apply through our Housing department.

Off Campus

To qualify to live off campus, you must meet certain requirements. Please see the Off-Campus Housing Policy. Students must apply through our Housing department to live off campus.

Graduate & Doctoral Housing Options

FIRS Apartments
