In today’s societal climate, Christian institutions like Northwest University have to commit themselves more firmly than ever to Christ and the Gospel as they swim upstream against cultural change while also making positive changes to take advantage of today’s opportunities. In the past 20 years, Northwest University has developed from a small Bible college into a comprehensive, doctoral-level university. Fully occupying that identity presents challenges and threats along with great blessings and opportunities.

As we move faithfully into our future, we will keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, our True North—rooted in the Scriptures, filled with the Holy Spirit, and consecrated to Biblical holiness. Academically, we will continue our historic emphases while adding additional focus to our programs in Ministry, healthcare, business, and technology.

The following video vignettes declare our values as we move forward into God’s future for us.
