Graduate Payments and Late Charges
A notification will be sent to each student’s Northwest University email at the beginning of each month with a link to the latest University Account Statement. Statements show account activity for the selected month only. Students may also review their Transactions and Running Balance via the My Profile page on the Eagle Website.
Payment for all semester charges, tuition, and fees must be paid in full or with a payment plan on or prior to the due date given to you by your Student Financial Services Counselor. A 1.5% service fee will be added to credit card and online debit card payments. There is no fee added to electronic check payments.
There are a few ways to make a payment:
Pay in person on the second floor of the Davis Building (cash, credit/debit card, check) or over the phone 425-889-5241.
Sign into the My Profile page on the Eagle Website and use the “Transaction and Running Balance” button to view all account activity and your current balance. Use the “Make an Online Payment" button at the bottom of the page to make a credit card or electronic check payment.
If you cannot sign into the Eagle Website or to make a payment on behalf of a student, use the Manual Payments tool. You’ll be asked to enter the University ID Number and birthdate of the student whose University Account will be credited, the payment amount, and then either your credit card or electronic check information.
