Accreditation Information

Accreditation Council of Business Schools and Programs

Accreditation Council of Business Schools and Programs Logo

Northwest University is a regionally accredited, Christian institution awarding associate, baccalaureate, and graduate degrees. The business program, which began in 1993, offers a variety of degree options for traditional students and working adults. Initial accreditation of the business program was achieved through the Accreditation Council of Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) in 2010. We achieved reaffirmation of accreditation in 2020 after submitting a self-study report and engaging extensively with an ACBSP site visit team. The self-study was a tool to assess if we demonstrate excellence in accordance with ACBSP Standards and Criteria for Baccalaureate and Graduate degree programs.

More information about ACBSP Accreditation can be found at https://acbsp.org.
